  • The body wrap works by detoxifying the body. A Licensed Technician starts by wrapping the body from head-to-toe in ace bandages that are soaked in highly concentrated mineral solution. Minerals are the building block of the body. The process of hydrating the body with minerals helps the body to flush out toxins that are caused by consuming too much salt, sugar, carbohydrate and alcohol. Detoxification process assists the body to lose inches.

    The Body Lift wrap concentrate has been developed for those who need maximum skin tightening, its a combination of mineral plus collagen.   It also gives a very obvious energy boost and leaves the skin silky soft.  The BodyLift Wrap is perfect for those who have lost weight, or who has loose skin because of age, pregnancy or weight loss. The Body Lift Body Wrap helps to firm tighten the appearance of loose skin.

    For best results, a series of 5-10 wraps is recommended.  One to two times a week.

Here’s what to expect at your appointment—

Unlike many other options, our wraps will not leave you feeling dehydrated. You will actually feel refreshed after!

Mineral body wraps are perfect for those running out of time to slim down for an upcoming event or vacation

Your mineral body wrap appointments will take about 90 mins.

After a quick consultation with your wrap technician, you will change into your cotton bra and underwear. The set you wear during the process will get wet. Be sure to bring a change for afterwards.

Your technician will wrap you in the mineral soak bandages. It will be snug, but not enough to lose circulation. During the wrap, you will exercise light on a trampoline, or step up on a vibration plate. You will be in the wrap for about an hour while watching TV.

By doing lite movement during the wrap, the solution will circulate throughout your body and your lymph system will have improved drainage.

Besides becoming suddenly slimmer after the wraps, you may experience:

Preparation for before & after

  • PREPERATION:

    Bring a change of undergarments to change into afterwards. 


    Ladies - can wear bikini or cotton fabric underwear. 
    Gentlemen - it's best to wear boxer briefs, no regular boxers please. 


    Do not apply lotion on skin right before appointment, deodorant is fine. 

    Eat something light before your appointment.  Similar to something you would eat before your workout.  


    Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water before appointment. (This is due to the detoxification process of the wrap) 

  • FOR BEST RESULTS:


    The mineral body wrap process is still working in your body for at least 24 hours after your body wrap and provides your body the ability to continue inch loss and tissue reduction. For continued results, we suggest the following:

    1.  For continued inch loss, wear contouring clothes like a firm body shaper.


    2.  Since our process is removing toxins from your body, we encourage you to assist this process by avoiding toxic foods such as salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and carbonated beverages for several days following the wrap.


    3.  An internal cleanse, which includes drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, will complete the detox process by flushing out the toxins.


    4.  We also recommend no hot showers for at least 8 (longer is better) hours and if using any lotions after your   shower, to be sure to rub lotion in vigorously in your areas of concern.  This will help circulation in those areas. 


    5.  In addition, dry brushing your body prior to your showers will help to increase circulation and decrease the appearance of cellulite; as well as exfoliate for smooth and firm skin.

  • 1. How long does it take?

    For your first body wrap session you will be with us for approximately 90 Mins (slightly longer for your first appointment. The initial consultation, greetings and wrapping will take about 15-30 minutes. An additional 45 to 60 minutes are spent in the wraps, and then unwrapping; and dressing take approximately 15 minutes.

  • 2. What should I wear to be wrapped?

    In order to maximize the coverage of the Mineral SlimWrap, we suggest that women be wrapped in cotton undergarments, and men are required to wear underwear and gym shorts. You will be wrapped in warm, damp bandages, so be sure to bring an extra set of dry undergarments for after the wrap.

  • 3. How often can I get a body wrap?

    The body wrap is a safe and effective process that may be done as often as you wish. For inch loss results, we have found that a series of 6 to 12 wraps-performed at least 3 days apart--gives most clients the full benefit of the process. 
    If you are losing weight, a continuing series of treatments will show results and help tighten the skin to your new shape. Most of our clients on a weight loss journey come to see us every 5 to 10 lb. loss in order to keep their skin tight as they lose the weight.
    Many people are happy after just one wrap, and others return monthly to maintain their results and to keep the skin soft and supple; while others see us once every change of season.

  • 4. How many inches will I lose?

    Depending upon body type (the proportion of soft tissue to muscle mass), most clients average an 8 to 10 inch loss on their first wrap, and about half as much on the second and third wraps. Many customers have body wraps for skin tightening and cellulite reduction, which does not involve inch loss, while others seek the therapeutic benefits of detoxification.

  • 5. Is this just a temporary water loss?

    No! EN ROUTE SKIN SPA’S contour wrap is a firming and toning process that produces results by detoxifying and contouring the flesh; therefore, you will lose inches not pounds. We recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, especially on the days following each wrap to continue the detoxification process through the body's natural elimination system. Flushing your system this way will even aid weight loss.

  • 6. Does it involve dieting?

    No dieting is required for inch loss; however, if you are using our SlimWrap body wraps as part as your weight loss program, we recommend a body wrap after every 5 to 10 pound loss to help tighten up the skin.

  • 7. How do body wraps work?

    Over time, as toxins begin to accumulate between the three layers of 
    fat. The accumulation of the toxins in the body causes poor circulation, 
    water retention and the body's natural elimination process becomes 
    weakened. As toxins accumulate between the fat cells, the skin begins 
    to take on an orange peel effect of cellulite as the fat cells expand to 
    accommodate trapped toxins.
